2010 Ryder Cup

Capture the Event was the official onsite Imaging Partner to the 2010 golf matches between Europe and USA.  With cameras and mobile phones not permitted on the golf course at the Celtic Manor Resort, spectators were offered a choice of Ryder Cup studio settings that included: the first tee; the Ryder Cup trophy, and a European or US golf team buggy.  Prints available immediately.  Corporate hospitality clients were offered a unique service of guests captured and reproduced within a daily or overall highlights montage.  Customers included: Celtic Manor, BA, Chevron, DHL, Mittel, Ricoh and Accenture.  A framed European Victory montage was presented within one hour of presentation and personal montages were created for sponsors of Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood.  For more information please contact info@capturetheevent.com or call 01732 746696.

 RFU Wellington College International Festival

Capture the Event was onsite Imaging Partner to the RFU’s U17 International Festival involving teams from England, Scotland, France, Canada.  Players were offered team, action and personal Festival highlights montages.  Response rates reached over 60% from some teams.  Images captured included a group photograph of all players, coaches and referees.  In addition to an onsite imaging centre, all photographs were uploaded into a dedicated online Photo Gallery.  For more information please email info@capturetheevent.com or call us on 01732 746696.



Women’s Rugby World Cup

Capture the Event was official Imaging Partner to this IRB sanctioned tournament involving the best teams in the world.   Team and action photographs were offered for onsite collection.  Personal highlights montages proved popular with over 35% of players ordering.  A framed World Champions montage was presented to the winners, New Zealand, within one hour of the trophy presentation.  Images captured reflected the IRB’s core values of: Passion, Solidarity, Discipline, Respect and Integrity.  For more information please contact info@capturetheevent.com or call us on 01732 746696.
